Heath Lodge – CMC Imaging

MUMS patients benefit from rapid access to imaging for MRI/CT/X Ray because we work collaboratively with CMC imaging at Heath Lodge in Knowle – just a mile away from MUMS Solihull. Imaging appointments can be organised swiftly, and results obtained quickly.

MUMS patients benefit from medication delivered to their home address and we can transfer prescriptions electronically to St Mary’s. Collaborative working with our neighbour pharmacy means that our patients do not suffer from medicine supply problems.

Doctify Trust Pilot

MUMS subscribes to Doctify to ascertain what our patient perception is. MUMS clinicians can be reviewed on Doctify to see what other patients’ experiences are. Our patients can see verified feedback and reviews where our trust pilot Doctify – captures the voice of patients.

ISCAS

MUMS is a member of ISCAS and works in partnership with ISCAS. MUMS adheres to the ISCAS code of practice to ensure patient complaints are handled professionally, promptly and resolved as quickly as possible. We are a learning culture organisation and welcome complaints in a positive way and learn when we do not get it right. We are fair and thorough and most of all – accountable for our actions.

We take data protection very seriously and follow the principles and requirements of GDPR and codes of practice. MUMS patients’ information is safe and secure.

Concierge Medical

MUMS works in partnership with Concierge Medical who provide a Private GP Home Visiting Service – to ensure referrals to MUMS for specialist consultants, tests and diagnostics – are dealt with quickly, and results are rapid – for a speedy diagnosis and treatment.
